on https://frontend1.stage.partyclick.com/ how do I get to a page where you're using Stripe and expecting to see an Apple Pay button?

Go to this domain https://frontend1.stage.partyclick.com/new create an event by entering dummy details. Then click on save and continue, you will get option to get paid event and from there you can access the stripe form screen.

But it requires login, so if you need any specific information like a screenshot of payload of any request from network tab, I can provide that to you.

We manage auth through firebase and phone numbers. I don't have access to create test accounts.

I can't create an account because it requires a real phone number to send an SMS to, so I can't really confirm or visit your page to see if its' working.
I'd suggest maybe asking colleagues in your company who you know have a Mac/iOS device with working Apple Pay to visit the site and see if displays Apple Pay.
