Hey apologies for the delay, I asked my colleagues on this and am waiting to hear back
We aren't aware of a way to trigger that particular requirement after the fact, but it looks like identity document verification should be required if either birthday or address verification fail. So if you do any birthday other than 01-01-1901 or an address with a line other than address_full_match I think you should be able to trigger that requirement

What if I have a fresh account that isn't ID verified? It should work then?
