Hello! I believe changing that setting only applies to new Subscription periods that happen after the setting is changed. There is no way to retroactively apply it that I'm aware of.
So if the subscription rolls over after the 23rd or we manually adjust the billing acnhor, the ensuing period would have the 30 day event interval?
I believe so, yes, assuming the period in question is over 30 days long.

Not sure I completely understand your question. You can see the current period start and end dates on Subscription objects.
