Hello! On our end we only see the creation request for this Setup Intent, there is no request to confirm it. It sounds like your best bet to figure out what's going on is to look in the web developer tools. Specifically, check in the console and network tabs to see if anything unexpected is happening there.

One thing it might be: pressing your pay button might be causing a form submit, which loads a different page before the Stripe code can attempt to confirm the Setup Intent.
