Yes,currently i have two flow for transaction like one is for india so as per indian regulation we have 3d secure payment so for that we didn't save card so we create new customer for every transactions and enter card for every transactions.

and for other country it is not have 3d secure so we use same customer id for every transactions so customer no need to enter card details for every transactions.

so i just wanted to know like for this new stripe update flow can we use same method for all country?
