You should of set on_behalf_of when creating the Setup Intent that generated the SEPA PM yes: https://docs.stripe.com/api/setup_intents/create#create_setup_intent-on_behalf_of

Otherwise right now it just looks like the SEPA mandate is created for your platform, not the connected account

So that means, that the customer needs to create a seperate setupIntent for every connected account he wants to make an order?
