How do you integrate Stripe Tax? Is it Payment Intent, Invoicing, or Checkout Session?
Stripe Tax is enabled when we init a checkout session, and we only create new subscriptions with checkout sessions.
Under this setup, if I understand correctly, all payment intents and invoices will be charged the corresponding tax.
/tax/transactions/create_reversal is only needed for direct Payment Intent integration. If you use Checkout Session to create subscription, this endpoint is not needed
