Hi @solar loom, I used Tap to Pay feature with the local mobile terminal
๐ taking over for my colleague. Let me catch up.
And here is my terminal serial number: eaf7636099a487523aed73ac9e0c4d6ed0423942aef9e267bb5c578b7477770d
let's take a step back
how are you integrating with Tap to Pay?
is it on Android or on iOS?
I implement it using React Native, which supports both Android and iOS app
My app is go live in the store with the Tap to Pay feature already available. When working on new feature, my colleague reports me this issue happens randomly, especially in the first time trying to do a tap to pay transaction. From the 2nd time, this issue mostly no longer occurs.
My account is based in Australia
would you mind creating a minimal version of the app where this could be rerpoduced and send it to https://support.stripe.com/contact/email?topic=api_integration
