Does the result of this:

Charge propration amount on the next invoice OR
Charge proration amount immediately

This will charge proration immediately/at the time of updating the Subscription

so it does the following?

Calculate the proration amount immediately
Create a new invoice for the proration
Charge the customer for the prorated amount right away
