so i went to the google wallet app and added a card
and in chrome, when theres a credit card form, it shows me a 'google pay' option to prefill the form
so chrome knows theres a google pay option stored in my browser

and the payment method i added there shows up in chrome's payment method settings
i also manually added another payment method directly into chrome
both show up when i want to prefill a credit card form, but it does not make the google pay button appear
