Hi ๐Ÿ‘‹ based on the verbiage I'm guessing you're talking about modifying various variables in the Appearance API, but please let me know if you're talking about different variables.

I'm not aware of a page where you can dynamically adjust those and see what they change. The samples near the top of this page can give you some insight into what you can make the Payment Element look like, and what variables are used for those customizations:

Yes but the problem is that we can not see the result so we have to run the checkout on the webshop to see.
This is time consuming and require a developer as the designer can not work alone.
