Hi 👋 as far as I'm aware no. Most email behavior is suppressed in testmode. Email behavior isn't something we're too familiar with here in this forum, because it's typically not related to how you write the code for your integration.
My understanding is some emails can be triggered for testmode from your dashboard, and some will send automatically if they're being sent to the same email address as the one belonging to the owner of the Stripe account you're using. I'm not too sure how that last part manifests for Connect flows though.
I'd suggest trying those approaches, and if they still don't let you do what you're hoping then reach out to our Support team to double check whether this is possible as they tend to be more familiar with this than we are here:
