👋 Welcome to your new thread!

⏲️ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.

⏱️ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.

🔗 This thread will always be available, even after it's closed. You can find it again using Discord's search, or you can save this link: https://discord.com/channels/841573134531821608/1298203446167605259

That's how it looks currently

Hi, let me help you with this.

#

Unfortunately, it's not really customizable.

#

What exactly would you like to change about it? Except hiding the product area.

Hi
hiding the "Details anzeigen" and "Code hinzufügen" Button and show them more at the bottom for example.
Here in that example it looks strange

No, that's not customizable.

ok.
Is there a way to make it look like the normal stripe checkout page, but embedded on our site?

👋 taking over for my colleague. Let me catch up.

#

I think it's just that the width of the parent div where you're embedding the Checkout is not enough to show the same look of a hosted checkout

But responsive the product area is way better on stripe checkout.
Image is more prominent
Text centered
Detail Button is not so prominent
etc

would you mind sharing two images to compare?

sure one sec

I see what you mean

#

as my colleague said, this is unfortunately not customizable. what I highly recommend though is to contact https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true and tell them your feedback and send them this image

#

they will follow-up with the Checkout team and provide them the feedback. I can't assure you that this will change in the future but we're always open to hear the feedback from our users
