hello! gimme a while to think about this

#

like what you said the PaymentMethod API doesn't in itself support on_behalf_of, what you'll probably want to do instead is to use the SetupIntent API where you can pass in the raw card details via payment_method_data parameter (just like how you do it with PaymentIntents) and include on_behalf_of - https://docs.stripe.com/api/setup_intents/create#create_setup_intent-on_behalf_of

O awesome! I read through the docs and it wasn't entirely clear how that would be accomplished. I didn't see anything under payment_method_data for like a generic US debit/credit card--at least nothing jumped out at me from the docs.

Is there a specific attribute of payment_method_data I could use? For example, I see payment_method_data.alipay, but I don't see payment_method_data.card (or whatever the generic US card attribute would be) in the docs.

What attribute should I try this with?
