Hi there! I am bit confused about the "delay_days" setting.
I read this article.
https://support.stripe.com/questions/7-day-delay-for-first-payout-for-connected-accounts
Find help and support for Stripe. Our support site provides answers on all types of situations, including account information, charges and refunds, and subscriptions information. Get your questions answered and find international support for Stripe.
It states that once I processed my 1st live charge, there won't be a delay for future connected accounts.
I just processed my first live chage and am a bit hesitant to onboard new connected accounts without fully understanding the delay_days behaviour
My question is:
- If I don't set anything for
delay_dayswhen onboarding conected accounts what is the default behaviour once I processed my 1st live charge?
Hi ๐
Unfortunately this isn't a question we are going to be able to address here
This server focuses on helping developers code integrations with Stripe APIs and, I'm sorry to say, the account configuration about delay_days is outside our wheelhouse
I recommend you write in to Support here: https://support.stripe.com/contact
They have staff who are expert in this exact scenario that should be able to help you
I completely understand! Will contact them!
I appreciate you clarifying this for me ๐
Sure thing! Happy to point you in the right direction ๐
