The last4 SSN verification is a preliminary step in account onboarding. At a later point we will require full SSN verification (or if the last4 verification fails). You can collect the full SSN and provide it in the individual.id_number parameter as we discuss here: https://docs.stripe.com/connect/required-verification-information#US--additional-information-on-the-individual
