Hi there ๐ typically this is the best resource for understanding what information must be collected and provided to successfully onboard a Connected Account:
https://docs.stripe.com/connect/required-verification-information
It allows you to specify the country your Platform is based in, the country your Connected Account is based in, and whether you're onboarding a company/individual/non-profit, then it adapts the information in the table and paragraphs below to explain what's necessary for your specific scenario.
But let me know if that doesn't clear things up.

Yes,
we have uploaded all of the documents
verification.additional_document.front
verification.document.front
the status shows as "status": "verified"
but

Can you share the details about your integration that I mentioned in my first message, so I can get a better understanding of the specifics of your situation.
- What is the country of your Platform account
- What is the country of your Connected Account
- And it sounds like you're onboarding an individual, is that correct?
Platform -> UK
Connected Account -> UK
No, it is a company account
I can't find the verification.proof_of_liveness anywhere in the docs?
Can you share the ID of the Connected Account you're trying to onboard? That should have an acct_ prefix.
acct_1Q7vZJ019UG4fkW2
That account doesn't appear to be connected to a Platform. Is this your Platform account or your Connected Account?
connected account
Did you disconnect it from your Platform? Nothing about that Account is giving me the impression it's a Connected Account.
can you tell me about this?
I can not find it in the stripe docs
I'm pretty sure it's country dependent, which is why I'm trying to understand your specific scenario. If I recall correctly that is typically a requirement to take a selfie and provide it, and may only be supported to be completed through our hosted onboarding.
If you're trying to onboard your own Platform account, I'd suggest reaching out to our support team for more clarity on that as they're more familiar with those onboarding requriements:
https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
Find help and support for Stripe. Our support site provides answers on all types of situations, including account information, charges and refunds, and subscriptions information. Get your questions answered and find international support for Stripe.
I get your point but, I have asked them, they just keep on playing the pass game (redirect to another team member)
We specialize in helping developers work with our API and SDKs in this forum, topics like onboarding requirements per country aren't something we're too familiar with here.
Hi, I have same question
proof_of_liveness is a beta thing I believe. Do you have more info about it?
No, we don't know about betas in this forum.
I am not sure, you don't have any info about proof_of_liveness requirements?
