unfortunately this is not how we recommend reconciling your payouts

you start with the Payout ID https://docs.stripe.com/payouts/reconciliation

Payout reconciliation

You can see the transaction itemization for your Stripe payouts by viewing a payout in the Dashboard, downloading the payout reconciliation report, or retrieving the payout details through the API.

and then you list the Balance Transactions of that payout

and you can filter on type: 'refund'

if you know the timeframe of when the payout was created you can filter https://docs.stripe.com/api/payouts/list using arrival_date

yes but you need to look at the payouts first and try to search for the refunds' balance transactions that are part of each payout
