yes actually because in case if the document is expired or incorrect one is uploaded by mistake we may have to upload a new document

sure all good thanks but does stripe verify the document after account creation? As in a test environment the account becomes active and complete immediately

Yes, Stripe needs to verify the documents before it can be activated. Stripe Support definitely knows more about the specifics.
