Hi, yes - after testing these in test mode and if it works like you anticipated, you can use your live key instead. It will work the same way.

Yes, I understand that I need to change the API keys to the public one, but I say that I need to create the connected account from the backend or from the dashboard. I say this because I need to upload the company information (bank account, name and other confidential data)

This is how I implemented it for the test mode, from the backend I create an account in stripe and at the same time I store the account id in the database. But if I go to the dashboard and look for the account ID it appears required, attached screenshot:
