👋 Welcome to your new thread!

⏲️ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.

⏱️ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.

Hey there, that's a broad question and depends a lot on your business and specific operational needs

#

Broadly speaking, you're likely to want to track specific details from subscriptions/invoices/customers

#

You should review the various subscription-related webhooks and determine which are relevant to your business, and make sure you have a webhook endpoint subscribed to those

Perfect thank you very much. It was what I am looking for.

#

At what point can I grant the customer access? For which event should I listen?

That's up to you, but often this will be following the initial invoice payment success.

#

Likely a combination of customer.subscription.created and invoice.paid or possibly customer.subscription.updated to status=active
