What does this mean? I'm not familair with this

So Apple recently allow users to purchase using apple pay through other browsers, they provide a message onscreen which directs user to scan on their iPhone using the camera, it then opens up the payment process on the iPhone to complete Apple Pay

We're aware of it, and working on it. I can't confirm any exact release for support for this, but I do see its WIP.
