Sorry for the delay here
This is happening during subscription create with immediate payment, so there is no concrete invoice create to fail yet
In this pattern, you do get a payment intent failure event: evt_3QAtDiJnIVON3K7u0Roh7C0G
If you want to have an invoice created then attempt to pay that, I suggest switch to payment_behavior=default_incomplete
This will create the subscription and the first invoice without attempting to pay right away, then you can separately confirm payment on the invoice
