I registered the merchant id and all the required steps

#

using the stripe .csr and then uploading the apple .cer to stripe

#

i was wondering if there is anything else in the stripe documentation about some additional steps on apple side that i missed?

#

and forgot to mention

#

My app is not actually deployed to app store, I am running in debug mode

#

Does it need to be deployed?

I m using VSCode, but what bothers me is the exception that stripe throws

#

I was expecting the paymentsheet to work on my iOS simulator, but to not display apple pay anyway (since there is no apple wallet configured on the simulator)

#

"merchantIdentifier must be specified if you are using Apple Pay. Please refer to this article to get a merchant identifier: http…"

#

although I did add a merchant identifier and used the correct domain name and stuff (i was already using some apple capabilities on the same domain and they re working fine...)

I highly recommend that you follow the guide I provided above otherwise it won't work.
