Hello! The error for the request you gave indicates there wasn't enough in the available balance to cover the Refund amount. I think the Dashboard does things a bit differently. When this happens I recommend you fetch the connected account's balance from the API immediately after the failure to see what the available (not pending or other) balance is and if there's enough to cover the amount or not.
Is there anyway to see the balance historically?
Not easily, no.
The other approach would be to proactively check the balance before attempting to create the Refund.
It seems quite unlikely It didn't have the balance. One of the refunds in question was for $30, but the account has a 4 figure balance. Checking payments over the last few days, there aren't enough to take it from less than $30 to the current balance value.
Ill try add logging to find out but current indications are that they did have the balance available.
It's quite possible they had that much in their pending balance but not that much in their available balance, especially if you're using automatic payouts.
