Hi, can you speak more to how you use Stripe? How are you integrated? How are you collecting the billing details using Stripe? We do not have exposure to BigCommerce so we can't speak to that. However, I'm happy to share how Stripe works and how we collect billing details.

individual stores are built as connected accounts under the parent account of the franchisor. which the account is integrated with BigCommerce platform. TMK, it appears that stripe may be running the IP zip where the trans was placed and not the address entered on the order? Stores use stripe for their online payment processor and have noted that the Zip code seen under the transaction in Stripe is different than what the customer entered on the website (Bigcommerce) platform.

Looking through the logs for this transaction, I don't see the customer id cus_ ?

BigCommerce stated that they deliver to Stripe the exact infomration that is entered on the order. Stripe is changing the zip code.
