What do you mean by "give the Connected accounts the option to disconnect"?
How are you connecting to the accounts in the first place?

Hey! well, when the business registers, they are given a button to create a stripe account or connect an existing account.
they connect with oauth
but once they are connected (which is working), id like to give them the option to disconnect. I first used curl with the https://connect.stripe.com/oauth/deauthorize endpoint but that doesnt seem to be what i want.

When you create accounts, are they Standard type accounts?
