👋 Welcome to your new thread!

⏲️ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.

⏱️ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.

🔗 This thread will always be available, even after it's closed. You can find it again using Discord's search, or you can save this link: https://discord.com/channels/841573134531821608/1295723892002000929

Below are links to other discussions we've had with you in the past week in case you want to review that information. If your question is related to one of these previous discussions, please provide a comprehensive summary of the current state and what you need help with now. hi there!

#

can you clarify what's your question exactly?

silver stump
#

previous threads we thought it was related to Amazon Pay or the customerEphemeralKeySecret or the saved payment methods

#

it's not

#

it's affected by customFlow: true

#

without customFlow + confirmPaymentSheetPayment

#

with customFlow+confirmPaymentSheetPayment

#

I want to keep the customFlow+confirmPaymentSheetPayment and have the first view of my payment methods, not the two-step one

fresh bough
#

what do you mean by "customFlow"? the two-step view allow users to select one of their already saved payment method.

silver stump
#

in the initPaymentSheet in order to control the Pay actions inside the sheet I have turned on customFlow and manually control confirmPaymentSheetPayment

#

ONLY IF customFlow is set to true and payment is controlled manually, I get this two-step view

#

it is NOT related to saved payment methods at all

#

I got this answers from stripe developers for a couple of hours now, and it's not correct
maybe they can affect if they are actual, but in my case saved payment methods don't affect this behaviour

#

the customFlow and confirmPaymentSheetPayment does

#

I have already tested it multiple times

I see, can you add on this thread someone who may be more familiar and give me information if we can keep the customFlow and skip this two-step view at the same time?

fresh bough
#

give me a few minutes

silver stump
#

sure

fresh bough
#

looks like a colleague already looked into this, and asked you to contact Stripe support with a detailed explanation. have you done this? #1295680142168948787 message

silver stump
#

no, not yet

#

because I thought something else affected this when I talked to your colleague

#

now I have clear steps of how it happens
