โฑ๏ธ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.

Could you pleaase share more details about your Connect integration?
a sample AccountId ?
am i able to add my developer into this thread?
Sure!
thanks hel be here in 1 minute. We have done everything as per the API docs but clearly we are missing something as i have seen this kind of set up on other sites
onboarding steps are still asking for business related details
Which fields, specifically?
website URL, Business Type (Sole trader, Ltd.) etc
Generally though the verification requirements for account configurations are outlined here: https://docs.stripe.com/connect/required-verification-information
is this something we can configure in our dashbaord because i dont see these options we have been configuring it in the code
What options? Those aren't options, the outline the requirements that are needed for account verification so the onboarding UI will reflect that. Yes a URL is required even for an individual โ can be a social profile or something
how do i invite my developer? Hel be able to explain better
HEs joined the channel but cant see messages or reply
Send them this URL, they should be able to post in this thread
i sent them the channel URL, they are seeing greyed out messages and cant type anything. one sec il try again
There's normally some kind of agreement checkbox they need to check I believe
ok hes in
