This acount is not connected to woocommerce. Is that the issue you are having?

The account was connected to Woocommrce

We moved the site from the old developers to a new hosting

We had problems with subscriptions not going through (new subscriptions)

We reinstalled the Woocommerce plugin and tried to reconnect, but it showed that error about being already connected

I followed the instructions on the learn more link which taks you to stripe page which says revoke access to any apps which i did - the only one was WooCommerce so i removed that app

Now it seems i cand do anything and am stuck

It appears you are connected to a Platform Account called "Payments" and that is set up as your controlling account. I think this is what is preventing you from connecting to Woocommerce

This is definatly the correct stripe account we see the payments in transactions
