I am unable to determine how to perform this or find documentation for this. We want to create invoice in connected account and transfer the whole invoice amount to connected account. The stripe transaction fees should not be charged to payment software

If you want to create the Invoice in the Connected Account, that would be our Direct Charge flow. In which case the funds settle on the Connected Account and you don't have to create a Transfer to move them.
