i am connecting to the oauth process by redirecting thru the url like https://connect.stripe.com/oauth/v2/authorize?response_type=code&client_id=ca_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxyDJrnKk82M&scope=read_write&redirect_uri=https://app.ordwaylabs.com/setup/stripe_auth_response

there are two setting for payment methods - one for your account and one for your connected account
in the your account its turned on , in the connected account i can set the default or block

i have filed a support case and not had any traction
When did you file the ticket? And do you have the ticket number so that I can write some notes on it?
I don't see any support tickets related to the OAuth connection problem
this was related to the same case that is there . it started with enabling bank transfer
and then it was suggested that disconnecting would allow to enable , which it did but then we couldnt reconnect back
this where the oauth piece comes into play
Ok, anyway I'll put the notes on your latest ticket, and I'll also escalate it to the product team about this problem.
so it seems interconnected with what ever was preventing the enablement
