Hi 👋 that's correct, swapping your keys should change the mode that your integration is running in.
When you look at your logs are you still seeing your requests being made to your sandbox account or in testmode?
When you say you see sandbox in the checkout amount panel, is that in a UI we provide via a Checkout Session, in a UI that you built into your site, or possibly something else?
