I want a method returning a boolean and checks if the fields of the form are all filled.

there's no such method unfortunately. Can you share more on why you need this method? By default, if the customer attempts to submit the Payment Element but not all fields are filled up, there will be an error thrown and the Payment Element will indicate the field that is incomplete
