Are you asking if you can filter the list of Payment Intents by whether or not they were processed using a Stripe Terminal reader?

Either that or if I have a serial number of a reader to get a list of payment intents from that payments intent

Okay well let's start with just getting Payment Intents associated with readers.
For that you would need to make a request to Payment Intent List API https://docs.stripe.com/api/payment_intents/list
Then you would filter that list in your own code looking for ones created with the payment_method_types=['card_present']. card_present is the payment method type for Terminal readers
