Hey @vagrant zephyr I don't really understand the way you framed your question
But if what you want is to create a Subscription for example for a $10/month Price but also on the first Invoice charge an extra one-time $5 fee then yes it's easy to do with the add_invoice_items parameter, see https://stripe.com/docs/billing/invoices/subscription#first-invoice-extra

Sorry, maybe I didn't express me well.
I want to create a shopping cart that supports physical items and service subscriptions, somthing like this:
cart [Invoice]: {
item1 [InvoiceItem]: { amount: 9.99, quantity: 1 }, <- physical item
item2 [InvoiceItem]: { price: 'price_xxxxx' } <- recurring subscription
}
