Hello! The settings on the connected account look correct, but you also said you're creating Payouts? Does that mean you're making API requests to create Payouts yourself?
No, every time a customer buys, we make a transfer to a connected account for 5% of the purchase, this transfer that we make to our connected account we need to hold it for 15 days, but we have noticed that as soon as the money arrives to your account, the next day it is sent to your bank account.
Ah, I see. So the delay you're setting is only for direct charges and on-behalf-of charges. It sounds like you may not be using either of those, and are instead sending a Transfer immediately. I believe you want to use seperate charges and transfers instead so you can do the charge, then wait 15 days, then do the transfer.
