Hello! No, unfortunately there's no Event for that. What's your use case? Maybe I can suggest an alternative.
You said you want to show the available balance somewhere... usually you would hit the /v1/balance API to get the balance immediately before displaying it.

We were hoping we could sync it on update events to our database, to display it directly instead of via a round-trip to Stripe. But if there is no other way this is fine as well

There's no Event, so that's not going to be possible without doing something like periodic polling, which is not recommened. You shuold hit the balance API on demand as needed.
