As per my analysis, I found this URL (https://stripe.com/au/legal/ssa) but it is only for display purpose
Hello
My team on discord won't know if there are any requirements to show T&C when merchants update their bank details. IIUC If you use account links, Stripe will take care of it for you if necessary - https://docs.stripe.com/connect/hosted-onboarding#account-update
Otherwise I would suggest you reach out to our support to confirm if this is required and what's the right link etc (from a legal perspective)
https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
In our case we are collecting the user bank details and thereby creating their account on stripe connect
How exactly are you collecting the details and creating the account?
We are collecting from our own onboarding process and creating their account on Stripe using APIs.
Gotcha. I think you can use the same T&C from here: https://docs.stripe.com/connect/api-onboarding#include-stripe-terms-of-service-agreement
