but while cross checked with official ABN site the maximum length is 11 and all numbers.

Based on the official ABN site, my customers will be entering 11 digits.
Whereas as per the Stripe Connect Document the test data length is of 9 (https://docs.stripe.com/connect/testing#test-business-tax-ids).

Those are just the test id's
That doesn't mean that you can't enter data longer than 9 characters
I don't know what the max length is, but that field accepts tax id's in each country's format
So if 11 is the offical guideline, we'll accept that
