You can't create an invoice at the end of the period of usage
However, one workaround is to set the billing_cycle_anchor when creating the Subscription
in the future (.e.g 2024/10/31)

No, this is how Stripe Billing works.
You can achieve this using workarounds
for example, create a 0€ Subscription, and you generate the invoice at the end of the month manually with the desired price
