If none of the above work then I'm afraid we likely don't have a specific test cards for this

hmm yeah, i tried the test card that sounded the most directly relevant (it's documented as 'Triggers the challenge flow with Out of Band UI.') and it didn't do that.
is there any way to get further confirmation whether or not this is possible with any of the available test cards?
