We're building a stripe connect product. It's our understanding there are some fees that get debited from us monthly, including the cross-border fee on payouts. We see none of those fees in our test account when hitting the /payouts endpoint. We can't wait weeks to see if these fees appear in our account. What's the best practice here for development?

@grand salmon unfortunately we don't know much about fees on this server. I'd recommend working closely with our support team to ask how to reproduce this in Test mode: https://support.stripe.com/contact
