Hello! Yep, as long as the connected account's balance has sufficent funds to cover the reversal it should work. See here for details: https://docs.stripe.com/connect/separate-charges-and-transfers?platform=web&ui=stripe-hosted#reverse-transfers

gotcha! last question: If I have a platform and an express connected account, is it possible to do daily payouts but leave a minimum balance of lets say 100 dollars to cover the reversal? If so, who would configure that and how? is that done via api? or the dashboard?

I don't think there's a way to o that today with automatic payouts. You can do it with manual payouts that you control entirely on your end though: https://docs.stripe.com/connect/manual-payouts
