Hi there 👋 this question seems to be about a feature that is not yet generally available, which we unfortunately don't know much about in this forum. I believe you would have been given a support contact when you were given access to this feature, and would recommend reaching out to them regarding this.

ok. ya I did. they never respond to me unfortunately

I even have the PM's cell. not sure why she has ghosted me... I don't make a lot of requests. literally just 2 over the past 6 months
