The webhook events reflect the changes made to objects on your Stripe account..
evt_1Q5zq3Fgh02vnRc7SDDRNBtZ was generated because your integration made the API call - req_Wqii7XswLfBtg0
If the event was generated without your integration making an API call (like a subscription renewal invoice triggered by Stripe) - you'd not see the linked API request in the source for example
