I instaled a puggin "Cartdna" and I gave them the api keys

Gotcha. You'll need to speak with the support team of the group that provides and maintains that plugin. In this forum we specialize in helping developers who are building and maintaining their own Stripe integrations. We aren't familiar with how to set up plugins provided by third-parties.
