Hi, you're using automatic tax so that would be handled by Stripe in this case. As shown on the screenshot, when applicable the customer is getting charged after the tax is applied.
They're getting charged the tax, but it's the origin country's tax. Not their country tax.
The tax should be collected from their respective countries so we can later pay MOSS. It shouldn't be our country's tax if they're purchasing from any other country in EU.
We document how automatic tax collection works here: https://docs.stripe.com/tax/checkout. We look at the shipping/billing address of the customer to make the calculations.
