No, not currently unfortunately. There's no API endpoint to update these roles

This would be handled on your identity provider side, where those IDs are shorthand for the roles in Stripe

Ah, I should have been more specific. Does Stripe expose the ability to both change Stripe roles and account access as a result of identity provider configuration?
