This doc is showing the more modern client/service model we have been introducing in our dynamic language SDKs
Other documentation might not be updated to match this style
But the client/service model is the recommended approach

OK, I'll wait to migrate until after documentation is more thoroughly updated - I'll want to read more about things like "Services are available under either the v1 or v2 accessors."

Sure, it's up to you how you want to proceed.
And v13 is pretty new
so it might take a little while for all the docs to be updated. We don't want to confuse the majority of our users who are on older versions.
